Our Process

Step

1

The Intake Form

  •   Fill out our intake form to provide us with basic details about your pet’s/household needs and care routine.

  • Once we receive your intake form, we’ll schedule a phone consultation to discuss your expectations, answer questions, and determine if we’re a good fit for your family with 48 hours

  • After our call, I’ll send our get-to-know-you forms for additional details.

  • If we both agree to move forward, we’ll schedule a meet & greet.

  • New clients should plan to book 4–8 weeks in advance of their trip to ensure availability

The Meet & Greet

  • We’ll meet you and your pets, go over care details, and clarify expectations.

  • For dog-walking clients, we’ll take a short on-leash walk to ensure your pup is comfortable.

  • After the meet & greet, we’ll get you up in the Time To Pet Client Portal for seamless communication, visit report cards and payments, sign forms, and get you on the scheduling. Once your account is confirmed you can book all future visits via this portal.

  • After the meet & greet, you'll receivea link to confirm your account on our portal and digitally sign our forms, upload vaccination records

  •  The Time To Pet Client Portal and app provide for seamless communication, visit report cards and payments, and scheduling. Once your account is confirmed you can book all future visits via this portal.

  • Once completed, we’ll book your services, arrange payment, and confirm your reservation.

  • You can now relax, knowing you’ve secured a highly rated, trusted, and detail-oriented pet sitter to care for your home and beloved compan
